As in all things they never move as fast as you would think, in this case it was finding a good wing jig. So with the tools and some metal I have got to work to build my own, and the one I was looking at to buy was exactly what someone else had done. In building anything and especially when building tooling you really have to understand what you are trying to accomplish. In this case it is to maintain no was out from the wing root to the spar attach and from there out a 1 degree or what ever the was out was for that year of wing. This is done by supporting the wing attach points, the wing strut and rib between the flap and aileron and the wing tip. It is fun to build but as usual it happens quickly in the brain but seems to take for ever when you start. Lots of bent right wings out there so if you got one that needs a fix’in let me know.
