Wing rebuild

Currently working on a ground loop repair to a Cessna 170B wing. If you watch you will see the three measurements for twist, the tool is made such that it should always be zero, the inboard, the middle, and the tip. You can see the twist is out by .7 which means it has only 2.3 of twist or wash out. The 170B should have 3 degrees. One of the forward spar tip spar caps is slightly bent causing the twist to be out on the tip. The drawing for the tool is in the 1962 maintenance manual for the 180/185, not all repair manuals have this drawing.
